Membership Options
ACBO offers four different types of memberships: Operator, Buyer, Supplier, and Association. Membership runs the calendar year from January 1 – December 31. All members that join mid-year must pay the full-year fee. All membership applications will be reviewed and approved by ACBO. Payment must be paid in full at the time of application (if your application is denied, your payment will be refunded in full).

First year members signed up prior to 2023 will receive a full 2023 membership at no additional cost

Operator Certification Membership

Any private sector or nonprofit firm that collects secondhand clothing and textiles may be eligible to
become a certified “Operator” member of the ACBO, provided that it meets the standards for
membership as set forth by the ACBO and pays the per bin per year certification fee.
Collector Certification
Any private sector or nonprofit organization engaged in the used clothing industry may be eligible to become a member of the association, provided that it meets the standards for certification, as set forth by ACBO and pays the per bin certification fee.
Buyer / Supplier
Any firm or corporation engaged in a business allied to the textile recycling industry, as determined by the ACBO may become an Vendor member of the Association upon application and payment.
Sponsor
Any firm or corporation engaged in a business allied to the textile recycling industry, as determined by the ACBO may become an Sponsor member of the Association upon application and payment.

Any firm or corporation engaged in the purchasing of secondhand clothing and textiles as determined by the ACBO may become a “Buyer” member upon application completion and yearly payment.
Sponsorship opportunity USD $1,999 Per Year, limited positions available

Any association engaged in the secondhand clothing and textile recycling industry as determined by the ACBO may become an “Association” member upon application and yearly payment.

Any firm or corporation that provides goods and services to the secondhand clothing and textile industry as determined by the ACBO may become a “Supplier” member upon application completion and yearly payment.
